(Baltimore, MD) — Police are investigating two separate quadruple shootings that happened Monday night in Baltimore City.

The first shooting took place around 7 p.m. on Ramsay Street in Southwest Baltimore.

Officers in the area heard shots coming from the area of McHenry Street. When they arrived, they found two 14-year-old boys and an 18-year-old man with gunshot wounds.

All three were taken to hospitals.

Police say a 38-year-old woman was also hurt after suffering a graze wound to her leg.

Investigators are working to determine what led to the shooting and are searching for suspects.

Later that night, officers in the Western District responded to a second quadruple shooting. It happened around 9:40 p.m. on Edmondson Avenue.

Police say four men, ranging in age from 19 to 66, were shot. All four victims were taken to hospitals, and police report the 19-year-old is in critical condition.

Police Commissioner Richard Worley says investigators are looking into whether this incident is connected to the earlier shooting on McHenry Street.

In a separate incident Monday afternoon, a man was shot and killed in Southwest Baltimore. Officers were called to Woodridge Road in Edmondson Village and found a vehicle that had crashed into the back of a house and caught fire.

A man was found outside the vehicle with multiple gunshot wounds and was taken to a hospital, where he later died.

Homicide detectives are investigating.

Anyone with information on these cases is asked to contact Baltimore Police.
