(Baltimore, MD) -- Over 35,000 people are expected to attend the 44th annual Baltimore/Washington One Caribbean Carnival this weekend.
The festival, held at Druid Hill Park from Friday through Sunday, celebrates Caribbean culture and unity.
Friday kicks off with a vibrant J'ouvert celebration, followed by the Parade of Bands on Saturday and a Family Day Festival on Sunday.
Colorful costumes, live music performances, traditional Caribbean cuisine, steel bands, DJs, and activities for all ages are highlights of the event.
