(Baltimore, MD) -- National Black Restaurant week is underway and the City of Baltimore has a long list of participating restaurants.
Among those is a new name to the list: Creole Soul Kitchen and Bar, along with some returning favorites such as Heartbeat Café, Miss Toya's Southern Kitchen, and Milk and Honey.
