(Towson, MD) -- Baltimore County police will be monitoring registered sex offenders who are not allowed to have contact with children this Halloween.
A no-contact order prevents the offenders from distributing candy or interacting with trick-or-treaters and that accounts for around ten-percent of registered sex offenders in the county.
Officers in marked and unmarked vehicles will be patrolling the homes of the no-contact offenders in coordination with Parole and Probation agents.
