(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore is seeing more package thefts this year compared to last year.
Baltimore Police report there have been just over 1,400 package thefts so far this year. There were nearly 1,300 for all of 2024.
Baltimore Police recommend residents take precautions, especially during the holiday season with an increase of packages being delivered.
This includes requesting the packages being delivered on a specific date and time when you will be home or having a package sent to a pickup facility.
If your employer will allow it, have your packages delivered to your workplace.
