Maryland State Police seek information in deadly pedestrian hit-and-run

(Towson, MD) -- Maryland State Police are looking for the driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run on the Beltway.

At around 2:30 Sunday morning, a Toyota and a Mitsubishi were involved in a crash on the outer loop between Providence and Dulaney Valley Roads.

Both vehicles were on the shoulder of the roadway when a Chevy Equinox struck the passenger from the Toyota. Thirty-year-old Ahmed Kahn of Virginia died at the scene.

The driver of the Chevy initially exited their vehicle but drove away from the accident.

State Police believe the Equinox is a 2025 model that likely has damage to the front and passenger side.
