(Anne Arundel County, MD) -- Anne Arundel County Police say a Baltimore man is being held without bond after an attempted rape in Glen Burnie.
The alleged assault happened at Heritage Overlook housing complex Thursday night.
Police say the victim was seated in her vehicle preparing to dispose of trash at a dumpster when she was approached by an unknown male, who began sexually assaulting her.
The victim says the suspect tried to pull her out of her car and force her into his vehicle, but she screamed and drove away from him.
Police spotted 34-year-old Allen McFadden's vehicle a short time later and he fled and bailed out on foot when they tried to stop him.
Police found him nearby hiding behind a dumpster and was taken into custody.
