(WEAA) — Marquis Washington, 22, has been arrested and charged in connection to a shooting that left a 17-year-old dead.
Baltimore County police arrived to McDowell Lane around 5:30 am Tuesday for a reported disturbance. On scene, officers found the teen suffering from a gunshot wound.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Washington is being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
