(Baltimore County, MD) -- Baltimore County Police say a seven-year-old child is dead after an accidental shooting in Milford Mill.
Police were called to a home in the 7800 block of Selgrave Road shortly after 3 p.m. Tuesday where they found the girl with a gunshot wound to the upper body.
The child was taken to a hospital where she was pronounced dead.
Police say the shooting was an isolated incident and there is no active threat to the public.
Police have not released any information on the circumstances surrounding the shooting.
