(Glen Burnie, MD) -- The deadline for Maryland's Plate Where You Live campaign is this Thursday.
The state is reminding drivers with out-of-state license plates that stricter registration enforcement begins on October 1st.
The Motor Vehicle Administration says residents must register their vehicles in Maryland or face tougher penalties.
Vehicle owners who don't comply could face daily fines, possible towing, impoundment, or the seizure of the out-of-state tags.
