UMBC Poll: Governor Moore Holds 27-Point Lead Over Republican Challenger Dan Cox

A new UMBC poll finds incumbent Democratic Governor Wes Moore holding a 27 point lead over Republican challenger Dan Cox.

The poll of 776 likely voters was conducted from September 22nd through the 27th.

51% of respondents said they would vote for Moore if the election were held today, compared to 24% for Cox.

14% of those polled were undecided.

Green Party candidate Andy Ellis and Working Class Families Party candidate Cathy White each received 3% and 5% said they would vote for some other candidate.

The poll's margin of error is plus or minus 3.5 percentage points.
