Maryland Weather: Snow, sleet and freezing rain

BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) —The National Weather Service has issued a winter storm warning for the Baltimore/Washington region. 


Forecasters say to expect heavy snow and ice Wednesday night through Friday morning. 


The weather service predicts snow accumulations of at least 6 inches and up to 1/10 inch of ice.





Baltimore County Emergency Management tweeted, “ Accumulating snow could cause transportation impacts and significant icing".
