(Baltimore, MD) -- A Baltimore Police officer is suspended without pay after being charged with the rape and assault of a 16-year-old girl who he was allegedly dating.
Thirty-four-year-old Curlon Edwards is being held without bond on six charges after the girl claimed that he choked and raped her on Monday.
Edwards faces a bail review today.
The Police Department's Public Integrity Division is working with the State's Attorney's Office on the investigation.
