(Baltimore, MD) -- Baltimore's Miracle on 34th Street lit up Hampden again this weekend, marking its 78th year as families packed the 700 block to see the longtime holiday tradition.
Homeowner Bob Hosier, who's been decorating his house for 44 years, says neighbors begin setting up displays as early as July, with new features added each season.
Visitors from across the region turned out for the opening night countdown, many returning for traditions that now span generations.
The lights will shine nightly through New Year's Day, closing at 10 p.m. on weeknights and midnight on Fridays and Saturdays.
