(Towson, MD) -- Baltimore County police are renewing their call for tips in a 30-year-old cold case.
Detectives say 23-year-old Jody LeCornu was shot while sitting in her car on York Road in Towson in March 1996, then managed to drive across the street before collapsing in a nearby parking lot.
Witnesses reported seeing a stocky black man in a green Army-style coat leaving the scene in a white BMW, but fingerprints found on the car never matched a suspect.
Anyone with information can contact Metro Crime Stoppers, which is offering a reward of up to two-thousand dollars.
