Gary Elter
host, Fiesta MusicalGary Elter was born in Brooklyn, New York.
He attended DeWitt Clinton High School in the Bronx and later the Fashion Institute of Technology where he earned an associate’s degree in Communications and Advertising.
Gary served in the military from 1965 to 1968 and fought in Vietnam from 1967 to 1968.
He worked as a promotions director at TR Records, which was founded by Tito Rodriguez Jr. and his sister Cindy in honor of their father, Tito Rodriguez.
Gary moved to Maryland in 1981.
He is a proud father of seven children.
