(BALTIMORE, MD) Police arrested and charged 52-year-old Dwayne Elliott in connection to a shooting that occurred on January 18, in East Baltimore.
Detectives say the shooting occurred around 3 a.m. on East Chase Street.
The 57-year-old victim told police he was inside a residence when he was shot.
Elliott is charged with Attempted 1st Degree Murder.
Police have not released information regarding a motive.
