BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — Baltimore City Recreation and Parks will open 11 outdoor pools on Memorial Day weekend.
Pools will be open May 29 through September 6.
Just like last year, pool-goers will have 90-minutes to swim.
Admission is free but due to COVID-19 protocols, you must register in advance.
Residents will be able to register beginning on May 24.
City officials say, if capacity is not reached, staff will accept walk-ins.

Pool operations will be Monday- Friday from 1 p.m. through 6:30 p.m. and from 11 a.m through 6:30 p.m. Saturday-Sunday.
To kick-off the pool season, the city will host its annual Big Splash event at Roosevelt Pool on May 29. Registration for the event is required.
On May 18, BCRP Permits office will begin accepting pavilion, programming, vending and wedding permit applications for events beginning June 1.
