Baltimore's Education Crisis : How can we change the reality for economically challenged children?

BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) — How can we change the reality for economically challenged children in the Baltimore City? 

Following the investigation into Augusta Fells Savage Institute of Visual Arts, Dr. Kaye and Councilman Robert Stokes address the education crisis in Baltimore, systemic racism, and policies needed in order to go forward.
