History of Haiti: What stunted the country’s development?

(WEAA) — Haiti, once the richest colony in the world is now the poorest nation in the American hemisphere. 

DeWayne Wickham, retired founding dean of Morgan State University School of Global Journalism & Communication, former columnist for USA TODAY and founding member of National Association of Black Journalist joins Dr. Kaye to discuss America's long history of mistreating Haitians and what stunted the country’s development.
