BALTIMORE, MD (WEAA) —A 16-year-old boy is dead after being shot in the head Monday morning.
Baltimore police say the shooting happened around 9:30 a.m. on Moravia Avenue near St. Thomas Avenue in northeast Baltimore.
According to officials, homicide detectives are questioning a suspect.
