Baltimore officials are investigating why there have been so many accidents along the Jones Falls Expressway near the Pepsi sign landmark. The city has commissioned a study to examine the problem. Baltimore County is making progress in reducing the number of schools without air conditioning. Thirteen schools remain without air conditioning, down from 90 schools in 2010.
