Omar Muhammad is back on WEAA after a nine-year absence, bringing with him a new show centered on entrepreneurship and personal growth.
Muhammad, who spent 22 years at Morgan State University's Entrepreneurial Development and Assistance Center and boasts an equally long career in radio, returns with a format built around practical tools and community conversation. The show features recurring segments including the Personal Progress Lab, Industry Insider, Cool Ops and HBCU by Association.
His first guest, Andre Vaughn, wasted no time making his mark. A serial entrepreneur and HBCU alumnus, Vaughn traced his path from credit consulting to building multiple businesses, stressing the value of collaboration, mentorship and continuous self-improvement along the way. He also introduced Virtual Verse, a platform designed to help content creators monetize their work.
