Jasmine, a serial entrepreneur and DJ, and Dr. Tammira Lucas, a business professor and co-founder of the largest Black women-owned co-working space, joined the show to discuss their multifaceted careers and the journeys that shaped them.
Jasmine shared how she found her way into archery and DJing, two pursuits that reflect her commitment to following joy wherever it leads. Dr. Lucas spoke to the importance of self-care and the often difficult work of balancing personal and professional life without losing yourself in the process.
Together they emphasized the power of setting boundaries, finding genuine joy in your work and leaning on community for support. Both women encouraged listeners to get clear on their passions and intentionally build the communities needed to achieve their goals.
