Lawrence Bell sits down with Dr. Michelle Taylor, Commissioner of the Baltimore City Health Department, for a conversation about what the changes mean for Medicaid eligibility and the people who depend on it.
Taylor says two major changes are on the horizon — one taking effect in October 2026 and another in January 2027. She says the department is focused on making sure residents understand what's coming and take advantage of the services available to them now.
