Black entrepreneur launches shoe line to creatively fund scholarships

Terrill Lowery

(WEAA)— Meet Terrill Lowery, co-owner of T.N.T Sports Apparel located in Eastpoint Mall in Baltimore County.

T.N.T Sports Apparel offers a variety of athletic and active wear for men and women.

In November 2020, Terrill launched an athletic shoe line, called the ISO Runner, to creatively fund scholarships for individuals looking to further their education.

“I wanted to be able to give back to the people that support me...”, the business owner stated.

The scholarship program is called Sole2Sold and funding is based on sales.

"Don’t forget these aren’t just any shoe but shoes with a purpose. A portion of each shoe purchased goes back to our Sole2Sold scholarship program!", the business posted on social media.
