Veteran journalist Bruce Johnson reflects on career, challenges and achievements
Bruce Johnson is an author and former evening anchor at WUSA-TV9 in Washington, D.C., where he retired after serving forty-four years.
Among his many achievements, Johnson won 22 Emmys, was named to the Society of Professional Journalists Hall of Fame, earned his place in the Washington D.C. Hall of Fame, and was selected as the Capital Press Club’s “Journalist of the Year”.
His latest book ‘Surviving Deep Waters”, is set for a January 2022 release.
