Dusk falls on the 4400 block of Marble Hall Rd in Baltimore, Md., Sept 3, 2022. Allied Universal Security Officer Julian Fruh, 19, was shot to death on the evening of Aug. 31 while on duty in the Marble Hall Gardens apartment complex, which houses many Morgan State University students.
