The Norfolk Police Department seeks assistance in locating 15 year-old Deandre Jafko-Rosenthal.
Deandre is 5'5", 130 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He was last seen, on August 24, 2022 in Norfolk, VA, wearing a white shirt with dark blue shorts.
