The Caribbean Exchange: Celebrating Malcolm X, honoring his 99th birthday

Malcolm X, a prominent figure in the civil rights movement, was born on May 19, 1925.

During this broadcast, The Caribbean Exchange pays tribute to the human right activist in honor of his 99th birthday.

Special guests include:

Baba Zak Kondo, associate professor of history at the Baltimore City Community College and the foremost scholar on the assassination of Malcolm X and the author of Conspiracys: Unravelling the Assassination of Malcolm X.

Professor A Peter Bailey, a journalist, lecturer and was an associate of MalcolmX. He is also a founding member of the Organization of Afro-American Unity, and co-author of Seventh Child: A Family Memoir of Malcolm X.
