Dr. Patrick McConney is a Senior Lecturer at the Center for Resource Management and Environmental Studies of the University of the West Indies in Barbados. He is also the editor of the book, The Caribbean Blue Economy.
Dr. McConney joins Caribbean Exchange host, Nati Kamau-Nataki to discuss The Blue Economyas a new concept for sustainable development based on economic activities associated with the ocean.
