Dr. Kaye is joined by a number of prestigious guests in honor of Martin Luther King Day.
During the show, guests and community members reflect on the legacy of Dr. King, share their memories of the civil rights leader and what they believe it means to fight for justice in America.
Special guests include:
- Dr.Van Gayton, a faith leader with over 40 years of experience as a professor, pastor, and conference speaker.
- Dr. Harold Carter Jr., a senior pastor at New Shiloh Baptist Church in Baltimore and a member of Morgan State University’s Board of Regents. He is the son of the late Dr. Harold Carter, who was licensed and ordained by Dr. King, Jr. in Montgomery Alabama.
- Freeman Hrabowski III, President of The University of Maryland, Baltimore County
- Dr. David Satcher, the first African American Director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).
