(WEAA)— Mayor Brandon Scott delivered his 2022 State of the City Address on Tuesday afternoon.
Though much of his address was dedicated to public safety, Dr. Kaye and residents say they wanted to hear a comprehensive plan on violence reduction as well as strategies to tackle car clubs and dirt bike concerns.
"I want to feel that we are moving on some of the things that I call, quality of life issues…”- Dr. Kaye
During the first hour, Dr. Kaye is joined by Councilwoman Odette Ramos who represents District 14.
