(WEAA)— Four people are dead, including a teenager and a woman, and three others are injured after a violent holiday weekend in Baltimore.
A video obtained by WJZ appears to show two squeegee workers assaulting a driver at a red light in Baltimore City.
Governor Hogan wrote a letter to Mayor Brandon Scott regarding public safety efforts in Baltimore.
