Puerto Rico native talks damage, deaths from Hurricane Fiona

Five years after Hurricane Maria slammed Puerto Rico, the island was hit by Hurricane Fiona on September 19.

Janet Arce, a Puerto Rico native assisting in recovery efforts, joins Dr. Kaye to discuss the damage, destruction, and impact of Fiona and how it compares to the devastation of Maria.
