1921 Tulsa Race Massacre and the future of race relations

(WEAA)— On May 31 to June 1, 1921 a white mob attacked a predominantly Black section of Tulsa, Oklahoma and burned more than 1,000 homes, looted hundreds of others and destroyed a thriving business district.

The event is considered one of the worst incidents of racial violence in American history.

Dr. Kaye is joined by special guests who discuss the history and future of race relations.
