A verdict is reached in the so-called squeegee murder trial in Baltimore.
A city jury found 16-year-old Tavon Scott guilty of voluntary manslaughter and two handgun counts in the death of a motorist last summer near the Inner Harbor.
However, the jury acquitted the teen on first and second degree murder charges.
Scott, who was 14 at the time, was charged as an adult with shooting and killing Timothy Reynolds after he swung a baseball bat at a group of squeegee workers.
Attorney Warren Brown says they'll appeal the verdict and they're hoping the case will be transferred to juvenile court for sentencing.
Scott’s other attorney J. Wyndal Gordon and the Reynold’s family advocate, Thiru Vignarajah join Dr. Kaye to discuss the verdict.
