Dr. Kaye and community members are reacting to the findings in the Brooklyn Homes after-action report.

The July 2nd mass shooting left two dead and 28 injured.

The 173-page report suggests "officer indifference" may have compromised awareness, planning and response to the Brooklyn Day event that drew a crowd as large as 900 people.
