The intersections of race, law, theology, and mentorship

During this broadcast of Conversations Across America: Making Space to Talk about Race, Dr. Kaye focuses on laws, emotional and spiritual wellness, and mentorship.

In the first half hour, Yolonda Nelson-Swain, Pro Bono Counseling Outreach Coordinator joins the show in recognition of National Suicide Prevention Month to talk about youth and trauma and ways to deal with grief and depression.

In the second half of the first hour, Dr. Stephanie Mitchem, Professor, Department of Religious Studies and Interim Chair of the Women and Gender Studies Department at the University of South Carolina joins Dr. Kaye to discuss emotional, social, and spiritual wellness.
