Mass shooting expert talks gun violence in the U.S.

Katherine Schweit is a professor, attorney, former Chicago prosecutor, and career Federal Bureau of Investigation special agent.

She is also the author of Stop the Killing: How to End the Mass Shooting Crisis, as well as How to Talk About Guns with Anyone.

Following the deadly mass shootings in Lewiston, Maine, Schweit joins Dr. Kaye to discuss the need for better gun security and accountability, as well as the challenges of implementing effective solutions due to the large number of firearms in the country.
