Baltimore, MD – Kenny Clapp, the father of 12-year-old Tayzha "Alona" Warren, joined Dr. Kaye and Dr. Nadine Finigan-Carr, a prevention research scientist for an emotional interview one day prior to Alona being found.
Alona went missing from her home in the Pikesville area on June 20th at 8:30 p.m., leading to significant concern among her family and the community.
During the interview, Clapp shared that his daughter left a note stating she was traveling to Pennsylvania with a friend and their parent.
The note also included, "Do not call the police because that will only make things worse. I'll be back, please trust me."
The circumstances surrounding Alona's disappearance and the contents of the note have raised concerns, prompting her father to seek help from the public and authorities.
On June 27, Baltimore County Police announced that Alona had been located.
