The initiative aims to overhaul federal bureaucracy by cutting costs, streamlining regulations, and eliminating waste. Musk’s team, dubbed “Doge,” includes wealthy executives, far-right ideologues, and young engineers, raising concerns about the potential impact of these reforms. The service was rebranded on the first day of President Donald Trump’s second term.
