Wilkins, who was born in Kingston, highlights the severe impact on areas like Westmoreland, Black River, and Montego Bay, with limited flights, power outages, and lack of food and water.

The politician is collecting bottled water, hygiene items, and cleaning supplies are needed at several locations across Maryland until November 17.
