As the United States approaches its 250th anniversary, the Morgan Global Journalism Review is releasing a special report taking a critical look at American democracy through a Black lens.
The publication's Winter/Spring issue features a five-part series titled "America at 250: A Black Retrospective," and will be released Tuesday, March 25 at 4 p.m. at Morgan State University's School of Global Journalism and Communication.
The event will include presentations from the series' writers, audience interaction and a live radio broadcast from the school's BEAR TV studio hosted by WEAA radio host Dr. Karsonya Wise Whitehead.
