(WEAA)—Morgan State University President Dr. David Wilson joined Dr. Kaye to reflect on another successful Morgan on the Vineyard — an event that has grown significantly over eight years, drawing alumni and corporate partners from across the country.
Dr. Wilson shared that a $200,000 donation was contributed from Dr. Grady Grant and a $100,000 commitment from a prominent attorney. He also spoke about Google's $50 million gift to 10 HBCUs and the launch of a Google HBCU President's Advisory Board.
It was also noted that MSU has climbed to number four on Forbes' list of top HBCUs.
