Maggie McIntosh, a longtime Maryland state lawmaker who first entered the House of Delegates in 1992 says she won't be running for re-election.
By the time she finishes her term, the Baltimore Democrat will have served 30 years in the Maryland House of Delegates.
She has been recognized by many different groups for her legislative work and advocacy.
McIntosh is the first openly gay member of the Maryland General Assembly.
