On Monday, educators, parents, advocates and faith leaders rallied to stop Baltimore City from permanently closing four public schools as early as this summer.
During an interview on Two Way Talk, China Terrell, a mother, school volunteer and CEO of American Communities Trust, Inc., discussed the latest developments surrounding the closures, the significance of keeping schools open in certain communities and the next steps in her fight to save Baltimore schools.
