Baltimore City Department of Housing & Community Development is looking for four Affordable Housing Trust Fund Commissioners.
The purpose of the Fund is to support both rental and for-sale affordable housing for low-income households. Commissioners will determine how funds are distributed.
Applicants must meet the below requirements:
- A renter who earns 30 percent or less of the Area Median Income
- A renter who receives housing assistance and who earns 50 percent or less of the Area Median Income
- A renter who earns 30 percent or less of the Area Median Income and will serve as part of the City’s Right to Counsel program
- A representative of a City Realtor or Homebuilder Association.
Submissions are due no later than January 31, 2022. The Mayor’s Office will review all submissions and make final determinations regarding nominations.
