Remembering Israel Cason, founder of faith-based recovery program in Baltimore City
(WEAA)— Israel Cason, founder of “I Can’t We Can,” a faith-based drug rehabilitation center in Park Heights, has passed away.
Cason died at the age of 70.
Loved ones say he was responsible for saving thousands of lives.
