(WEAA)— A man accused of stalking and shooting homeless people in New York City and Washington, D.C. has been arrested
Officials say, 30-year-old Gerald Brevard, was arrested in Washington on murder, assault and other charges.
Minister Christina Flowers, founder of Real Care Providers, a homeless advocacy organization, joins Two Way Talk to discuss the increase in violence against the homeless community and to share how she is working to address the impact of trauma on those individuals.
